I remain passionate about supporting students from kids to adults and from beginners to intermediate through their Yoga practice in a safe and caring enviroment.

One of the most important type of massage used through generations in India, is the Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage. This massage also benefits the whole body in a physical, mental, and energy aspect.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Alicia, based in London from 2015. After a life changing event in 2015 I developed a deeper connection to my yoga practice.

My desire to become a yoga teacher blossomed and I decided to travel to Thailand 2018 and did my 200 hours Hatha and Vinyasa TT with La Casa Shambala.

I am passionate about teaching Yoga for Kids and Special Needs. I teach Vinyasa and Hatha to beginners and intermediate students.

I also have experience teaching special needs adults and children alike, which is something I am particularly passionate about.

Sequences and postures are adjusted to suit the level of the class. My aim is to make the practise of yoga accessible to all ages, enjoyable, and an integral part of people's lives.

What kind of massages are offered?

Mobile Indian massage therapist Indian Head Massage is a relaxing massage therapy that uses acupressure to focus on releasing tension from the head. face, neck, and shoulders, reducing stress and tension. What yoga classes are offered?

Hatha y Vinyasa. Our variety of classes range from yoga for adults, corporate sessions for wellness at work, fun classes for children and carefully tailored for people with special needs. Each class is designed to nurture bodies and minds of all ages and levels.

What treatment/classes are offered for children with special needs?

With years of experience in this area, we understand how to adapt these practices (Yoga and Indian Head Massages) to bring calm, comfort and development. We recognise the therapeutic benefits these approaches can bring to children's lives, promoting calmness, concentration and emotional well-being. Highly recommended for ADHD and Autism.

What are the opening hours of the services?

All services need to be booked in advance.
